Basic Design
$299
This process focuses on furniture selection and arrangement, design functionality, style, and color choices. We start by collaborating with clients to discuss their design preferences and requirements, ensuring our vision aligns with theirs. This includes creating a mood board, developing a floor plan, and compiling a shopping list.
The “basic design” fee includes remote work only; we collaborate with the clients and provide them with information on how to scan their rooms and provide existing measurements. Site visits are available for an additional fee, depending on project value. Contact us for more information about this design package.

Standard Design
$599
Our standard interior design process begins with brainstorming design requirements and styles with the client. However, we strive to provide more comprehensive information than typically included in a basic design, allowing for further discussions, details, and technical support.
We carefully consider lighting, ceilings, windows, and wall treatments. We can also create designs for custom storage and other bespoke elements. In addition to a mood board, floor layout, interior views, and elevations, we provide a shopping list with links to each item and provide alternatives. All of these components come together to create a captivating and functional space.
Site visits are available in certain locations and depending on project value.

Full-Service Design
Customized fees
The full-service design package encompasses everything outlined in the previous two design services and a comprehensive suite of additional features, similar to materials and furniture procurement, construction details, and technical support throughout the design installation process.
With this holistic approach, we are committed to delivering an exceptional, worry-free design experience tailored to your needs.
Our visuals and deliverables
We provide comprehensive documents that include various types of visuals to help homeowners envision how their space will look. Our offerings include digital, hand-drawn sketches, mood boards, material boards, interior elevations, floor plans, and lists of furniture and accessories, complete with links to products that contain all the necessary details.
The basic design package is limited to essential visuals; and it doesn’t apply to kitchens and custom furniture, storage or cabinets designs, but we strive to provide all the information necessary for our clients to realize their dream spaces. We prioritize being friendly and customer-focused, and we almost always exceed our clients’ expectations.
