We offer various in person and remote architectural and interior design services, design concepts, plans, coordination with engineers, construction documents, and all information required to help homeowners realize the most desirable new or renovated home within their budget.
Sue Tayara Principal designer and founder
Sue is a home designer and project manager, with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and over 20 years of experience designing domestically and internationally. She has worked in multiple countries and cities such as Dubai, Frankfurt, and California. Sue has worked with multi-international architectural and project management firms, in various types of construction and design projects, and gained experience with high-end luxury residential and retail brands such as Cartier.

We were so very lucky to find Sue Tayara/Tayara Home! She managed our full kitchen remodel; layout & design. Her professionalism and attention to every detail is incredible. She walked us through the whole process and was completely on target throughout the complete design phase and made every step a seamless transition. Before I came across Sue, we had several other "designers" try to come up with a floor plan (which includes a challenging space) - or so we thought - because they didn't/couldn't solve our space issue. We were seriously considering not moving forward with the remodel. That is, until Sue came along! Sue was the only one who absolutely "got it" right at the start! I just can't say enough about her! We are starting the construction phase in early January 2025, but Sue has our design plans completely dialed in and ready for our contractor! She has been available every time I've called about various questions and she is super responsive and knowledgeable about all issues relating to remodeling of any kind! We hope to use her on other projects in the future. I plan to post pics after the project is complete, but Sue has been absolutely amazing! A++
