Over years of working on residential projects, we have developed a design process based on the approaches that consistently create the best experience for our clients and the strongest design outcomes. For that reason, our services are intentionally structured into clearly defined packages rather than open-ended or general design consultations.
We offer two types of interior design services: Limited Design Services and Customized Full-Service Interior Design.
Limited Design Services
Our Limited Design Services are available exclusively through a specific packages that we can share upon your request. Each package is designed around a clearly defined scope and intended outcome, allowing clients to select the level of service that best fits their project.
To give you a general idea of pricing, our Limited Design Services currently start at approximately $1,160 for the selection of three finishes.
Once a package is selected, we provide a detailed description of the scope of work, design process, included services, deliverables, timeline expectations, and other details.
Full-Service Interior Design
For larger, more comprehensive, or highly customized projects, we offer Full-Service Interior Design.
Because every full-service project is different, we prepare a customized flat fee proposal and detailed agreement outlining the project scope, design process, deliverables, fees, construction-phase design support, and any project-specific requirements. To give you a general idea of pricing, our Full-Service Interior Design fees typically range from 10% to 15% of the estimated project construction cost, depending on the project size, complexity, level of customization, and scope of design services required, and whether additional items are required, such as permit documents, as-built drawings, architectural plans, or other project-specific details.
For approved projects and locations, we offer an on-site project assessment for $120. This visit allows us to review the space, discuss the anticipated scope, and better understand the level of design services required. If you proceed with our Full-Service Interior Design, the $120 assessment fee will be credited toward your design fees.
Our services are most effective when we are involved in the design process from beginning to end. This allows us to maintain consistency throughout the project, protect the overall design vision, and provide our clients with a more cohesive and well-managed experience. In some cases, however, we can tailor the scope based on the specific needs and circumstances of the project.

In addition to interior design, we also create cohesive exterior and outdoor spaces. We also offer guidance in selecting contractors, and provide ongoing support throughout your project, including coordination and follow-up as needed.
