We offer various in person and remote architectural and interior design services, design concepts, plans, coordination with engineers, construction documents, and all information required to help homeowners realize the most desirable new or renovated home within their budget. our main home office is located in Folsom, California. We do designs to houses anywhere in united states, including Sacramento County, Roseville, and El Dorado Hills.

Sue Tayara

Is our Principal designer and founder. She is a designer and project manager with a bachelor’s degree in architecture and over 20 years of experience designing domestically and internationally. She has worked in multiple countries and cities, such as Dubai, Frankfurt, and California. Sue has worked with multi-international architectural and project management firms on various types of construction and design projects and gained experience with high-end luxury residential and retail brands such as Cartier.
